Brand Stewardship and Integrated Design
HESTA is a purpose-driven superannuation fund dedicated to making a positive impact on the retirement outcomes of its members. Working within a highly collaborative Marketing and Communications team— and alongside the wider HESTA organisation — I played a key role in maintaining and evolving the Fund’s visual identity.
As one of only two designers, I worked closely with writers, Marketing Officers, Communications and Digital Managers, and senior stakeholders to develop concepts and deliver high-quality design across a broad range of channels. My role required a deep understanding of HESTA’s brand style, personality, and communication needs, ensuring consistency, clarity, and warmth at every touchpoint.
I delivered a comprehensive brand rollout spanning across print, advertising, web and digital, internal communications, exhibitions, and events — creating a cohesive brand experience regardless of format or audience.
