Seasonal campaigns for key retail periods — includingschool holidaysand special occasions such asValentine’s Day — were centrally developed across multiple shopping centres (Eastland, Watergardens, Robina Town Centre, and Hyperdome) operating under a single corporate group.
To ensure cost efficiency and creative consistency, a centrally managed photoshoot and supporting computer-generated imagery were produced for use across all centres. Creative executions were then adapted for each location to reflect individual centre identities, colour palettes, and audience profiles, while maintaining strict adherence to corporate brand guidelines and governance requirements.
Each campaign was delivered across a comprehensive suite of marketing channels, including posters, brochures, catalogues, press, eNewsletters, iFinds, and web-based marketing. This structured, compliant approach ensured brand integrity, operational efficiency, strong engagement and scalable delivery across all centres.
