Friends of Emerald Hill Library was established by local residents Pam and Michael after the community was advised that the library was at risk of closure. As a much-loved local facility for all ages, the group was formed to advocate for the library and increase community engagement through regular book clubs and special events featuring a diverse range of authors.

As a pro-bono, community-driven project, I partnered with Pam and Michael to develop the organisation’s brand identity, website, and marketing materials across both print and digital channels, as well as manage public enquiries. The objective was to create a strong, accessible presence that encouraged participation, visibility, and ongoing community support.
